Junk food is actually not cheap. If i went to McDonalds here in the UK and bought 2 adults meals and 2 happy meals for the kids, the cost of that would exceed me going to sainsburys, buying a pack of fresh mince, some spaghetti, some tomato sauce and some fresh vegetables. Also, what areas of the body can weights be used to tone (obviously arms!!) but how would you use them for other areas of your body, as I said, I cant get to a gym so its all just basic 'at home' stuff for me! Its probably because you are not eating enough and your body is going into starvation mode and storing what you eat as fat. I'm no medical expert but im pretty sure you are eating LESS than is required for a child. You need to up your calorie intake before you do your body some serious damage.

Hi! I'm Alice from Newhaven UK, i'm 27 and have a 3 month old daughter. This looks like the perfect way to exercise with my baby as I can take her for nice long walks! I have in total about 50lb of weight to lose so this challenge should help get my fitness levels up :)

No 'girl hate' from me. Just honestly replying to a post in which i agree that one woman constantly telling the world that its her way or no way is not something anyone should be advocating. and the 'small boobies' comment was a joke!!!!! Sweet lord help us all.

I find her frustrating. For some reason I can't help but watch her videos but at the same time I find them condescending. She does look bloody good though (except she has no boobies!!)

No i'm not breastfeeding unfortunately. A traumatic birth and emergancy section affected my milk and it didnt come in properly :( Good news however is I have already discussed my plans with my GP and she is happy for me to go ahead, and simply said to be careful with the exercise and to know my own limits.

You might be building more muscle with all that cycling!! If you are feeling better mentally and physically then that is GREAT!!!
