Girl, I'm in the same boat! I have two babies over the last 2 years. Gave birth April 2016 and again in April 2017. The second one was NOT planned XD but i love him just the same. I just got back into fitness 2 months ago and I am determined to finally lose all my excess fat. Down 25 lbs and but like 60-70 more to go! :)…

meal prep in advance and use good healthy fats to sustain your hunger. Works for me and I'm on a 1300 cal goal, BUT I always eat about 1700 because I exercise every day. So you could always exercise and eat back those cals.

7 days a week. Why? Because I work a full time job and have two toddlers at home. Gym is ME time. :)

Congrats! Just don't get discouraged! because a lot of people lose a handful of lbs the first week or two and then you stand still at that weight for another good 2-3 weeks. (Not all, but some) I was one of those people. But the scale will start moving again, I promise. Just keep at it! :)

Bacon, avocado and cheese are some fats I eat that stall hunger for a long time. :) Just depends on the type of diet or foods you are trying to stick with. But for myself, fat makes me feel full for a LONG time. Just choose good fats :)

I never got to benefit from weight loss while breastfeeding because I gave up by month 3 on both my sons. lol but you got this girl! I had my second son 7 months ago. I started a low carb lifestyle a month ago and I've lost 13lbs already. :)

Honestly, my low point was a low point in my marriage. It made me realize that I am only 28 and if loyalty was going to become an issue, then I was going to get damn hot and be ready to go back out in the dating world if I had to. I'm doing it for myself and to be confident as a woman. :)

I'm a low carb gal that accidentally fell into keto and to be honest, I love it. I'm a month in and 13lbs lost :) got 60-70 more to go! :)

OP I think it's just a matter of counting your cals in all honesty. I mean, you're able to go to the gym and watch what you eat, I don't think the surgery is necessary. The weight can be lost. Low carb has worked for me, but you HAVE to watch the calories. Stay within your number and in a few weeks you are gonna notice a…

People who are so obsessed on what the scale says that they jump on it everyday. Patience people...Patience.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are entire cheat days for me and I do not log. Next day I get back on track. :) Two days of splurging ain't gonna break any progress I've made.

haha I cant even consider one of these. No way I could do it in public without laughing and if I did it in my home, my husband would just tell me to use his "Shake weight" XD

EVERY SINGLE DAY I GET THIS *kitten* FROM SOMEONE! UGH! lol

Dice "Extra Firm" Tofu and throw it in a pan with eggs and bacon. YUM! :)

Most people suggest that you measure inches, not count lbs on a scale. Fat takes more room then muscle. So if you are working out at all then perhaps a muscles is increasing, you will weigh the same, but your inches will be smaller. 1lb of fat = 1lb of muscle (The muscle is just denser.) Just a tip :)

Teriyaki chicken with NO SAUCE! (Ask if chicken is cooked in sauce or not) Ask for any chicken dish that doesn't have sauce cooked into it. Steamed veggies are good too since they are your "good" carb. :) Stay away from any and all rice if you are trying to be strict with your low carb. Good luck!

I LOVE my FitBit. It's all about preference. Truth is I become a little obsessed on checking my fitbit and MFP more than I do my Facebook. lol

Hubby buys me meal plan trays to support my meal planning.

My simple input would be to sit down with him and tell him what you are feeling. If he cares, he will listen. Doesn't mean he will like it! BUT! if he cares, he will let you say your peace. Easy Compromise: Date night one night a week to wherever you guys want and eat what you want! Rest of the week, focus on you goals. As…

I hear you, girl. I'm a mommy as well. 18 month old and a 7 month old. yeh, I know, insane. XD So I get you. One day at a time. Where can we get that energy we need so badly? lol

I'm doing low carb, but not so intense at Keto. Basically 20-25% daily intake is carb. I think keto is like 5-10% right? Anyways, best of luck! let's support one another!

My goal is to lose 60 lbs as well! Seems like such a long road. Let's motivate each other :)

Feel free to add me! I will add back! All my friends and family ditched me, so my feed is empty and boring!

Wow, thank you everyone for your stories and responses. It's nice to hear what others have gone through and the success you have all had. :) I think stress is my big factor as well as being overweight. My weight is shedding little by little, so I'm on the right track to that. As for my stress, I just need to relax I guess,…
