    Why pay when you already have one? Plus you get rewarded when you finish with the one you already have. Just might take a little extra time to do the non dominant arm.

    also just want to say, one of the best southpark episodes and SNL skit with Kristen Wiig as well.

    Then no :lol: I have not and will not ever be seen using one of those. I will stick with lifting heavy things and save that sort of action for other activities
