I'm just getting started at exercising and so far I'm enjoying running on the treadmill. I'm up to 2 miles 2 times a week and loving it!!! Who knew.

Most restaurants have a lite section on their menu. If not just ask your waiter for grilled chicken or fish no additional seasonings or oils. It a great way to reduced calories.

When people ask me what I'm having for lunch and can they have some or where did I get it or it looks good. I love giving healthy suggestions on food alternatives that I've discovered. Lastly, every morning it is a joy to wake up and look forward to gettting dressed.:wink:

Continue to drink your water and add a little exercise if possible. What are you craving? What works for me is eating the opposite of what I crave...sweets, I will eat something sour. Ask yourself are you hungry, angry, lonely or tired? If you are feeling any of these emotions put a plan in action to do something positive…

Tomorrow is a new today don't beat yourself up. Re-group and get back on your healthy eating regiment. It possible plan a couple of meals inadvance and eat a healthy small snack before your outing that involves food. Hang in there!
