I actually hate free days. For one for me it seems like i have no control over what i eat. Or the portion sizes. I have nothing against them and I do have them every once in awhile. I try for at least once or twice a month. But it being summer its a little more difficult. Each to their own

I just started myself today, and was worried of gaining weight. My doctor started me out with 25mg as well, and wanted to see how it effected everyones body. I am currently waiting it out. I have some clothes that are actually fitting me a lot better now then they did before. But if you need new clothes then you should buy a new shirt or two. And some pants. Treat yourself every once in awhile. Buy new things when your ready for it

Hey, well you can definitely do it. I have always been a big girl. Until one night i said i had enough. I wanted a changed. I reached my max of almost 230 pounds, but I have lost a lot of weight and so can you Feel free to add me if you want =)

All I have been doing is pretty much walking, doing stairs, and stuff like that. And it has done wonders. As for the wedding its in the summer, so I am trying to lose as much as possible before I go buy something. You will look fantastic for your wedding =) This site should really help, it really opens your eyes.

I have definitely tried losing weight, and gave up plenty of times. But this seems to be working great. I have been on here for a little bit over a month. And theres a few times i wanted to give up, but i kept going. And i have lost weight You can do it!

I have 6 tattoos and love them all. I have them mainly on my arms. One on the side of my rib. I found that one painful but worth it. I am definitely a huge fan of tattoos
