+1 on Jimmer's comments. Also try to find a point on the wall that is just slightly above your eyeline when you are over the bar and gripped. Keep your gaze on that spot throughout the movement. Some find that when they start by looking at the bar and lift, the combo of workload and eye tracking causes dizziness.

I have used otomix for years and since I only wear them when deadlifting or squatting they last forever. Plus i like the added lateral support on the ankle. (also if you add a fanny pack and some baggy's it's just like the 90's!!)

The scale is a great tool for determining the effect of the earth's gravity on an object. Focus on your body composition, your measurements and your exercise and calories.
