I used to be an often banana eater, when my kids did not eat them all first, but lately they have not agreed with me. It sucks because I like a banana for a snack.

I am another one to suggest the Chinese buffet. It helps to be able to pick and choose what you want - love me some "chickey on a stick" as my kids like to say, and some good steamed veggies. I do splurge and get 2-3 cheese wonton though. :embarassed:

Me too. I log in after I have eaten it, and most days it is like a slap in the face to me what I am eating. When my boys were younger, I took them to see Santa at the mall. They sat on his lap, and of course he asked them what they wanted - both of them, without hesitation, said "A GUN!" I thought Santa was going to crap himself, he was really shocked. Nothing Santa said to them could convince them otherwise.

Walking is great exercise - you already have the equipment needed - two feet. I have found some great arm exercises to do while walking, with a stretchy band on a fitness website.

Very true what you say. I am in the process of switching my household over to healthier items - not easy but not really any more expensive.

I have found Pilates helps with the love handles, at least it did for me before. The flab does not go away quickly, but it will go. Just keep on moving!

Sounds like the newest Snickers commercial LOL. To OP: 1) I don't fast for 3 days because it can do more harm than good 2) I do not follow any "diet" - I am eating healthier, and changing my habits, which is a lifelong goal. I do, however, wish you well in your pursuits.
