I'm thinking about T25 too, might order it so it's ready to use after Christmas. There are loads of forum threads about it you could read for some info. I had a look on You Tube and found some vids there of people doing parts of it.

I don't use the BR diet plan at all. I have around 1700 cals a day and on phase 1 lost 4lbs. My weigh in for phase two is next Monday so the jury is still out on that one. For me a pound a week is fine especially as I heard weight loss in the first phase is often not high. I would be miserable if I tried to go to 1200. I…

I had really painful knees from doing 30DS and didn't finish it. With BR I have had some pain but I've been able to keep going through it and it's less than it was at first but it comes and goes. If it's really bad I just go easy on the jumpy stuff for a day and it seems to help

Yep, the odd numbers are definitely worse, thank goodness there isn't a WO13. The push up stuff is my achilles heel I think.

Don't get disheartened you are definitely not alone! This sounds like me with WO5, I have never managed a proper pushup (ever) and I just rotate into side plank too. I struggle with the burpees too, not sure I'll ever master those but I try to do what I can, just much slower than they are doing on screen.

For me the good thing is that it only takes 30 minutes and I can see results just doing that. Basically I'm lazy at heart :blushing: so for me this is enough. I have in past done 90 min + a day of exercise and for me this works just as well and I'm much happier at not to spend more time than I have to. I think you should…

Just thought I'd post my results for phase one. I lost half an inch everywhere except my thighs where I lost an inch. On the upper chest (just below the arm pit) I actually gained an inch!
