Don't worry about it! you're supposed to eat back those calories..mfp already gives you a calorie deficit to lose the weight. its just your mentality because you feel like your overeating. if mfp didn't initially deduct calories and we had to do it on our own, we'd be eating our calories for the day and then working off…

deli turkey!

one day off won't hurt, but definitely still keep track. it may surprise you how much you do go over, and then you will limit your portion sizes when you actually realize the AMOUNT your eating. have fun at the christening!

you sound just like me! I eat really healthy pretty much all of the time, but I eat soo much of it. I'm more of a quantity not quality eater, so i'd rather eat a ton of something really healthy than eat something small that has a lot of calories packed into it. It's tough, but even though trailmix and hummus and stuff like…

DEFINITELY try it! I love it. Doesn't taste anything like almonds, i get the unsweetened kind and its around 40 calories for a whole cup. delicious with cereal, shakes, etc. I've never had the chocolate one but i'm sure that would be amazing too.

it is high in calories for amount you get, but its a great way to incorporate healthy fats into your diet. i know i personally have a hard time eating all the fat i need because i tend to stick with fat free everything, and am always under. peanut butter should always be eaten in moderation, but its not too bad for you!…

-
try the laughing cow cheese wedges they are AMAZZZING..garlic and herb is my personal favorite but to be honest they're all good. only 35 calories a piece and theyre pretty decent sized too! you can spread them on crackers or bread or dip vegetables in them. at shop rite they have these things called "pops" and theyre like…

i just started Loestren 24 Fe, but have only been on it for about a month. So far, so good. I will admit my skin got pretty dry for about a week, and it was concerning because I've never had bad skin before, but then it went away. I think I was just getting used to all the hormones. but loestrin is one of the lowest doses…

I just want to tone up really. mostly my stomach and arms. maybe lose a few extra pounds to do that though!
-
yes your right! i was tracking my sodium earlier but i seemed to never go over so i switched it to sugar just to see how i was doing with that. you can't track all of them which is kind of annoying

is there anyone that can go food shopping for you? make a list and send them with just that list, that way you arent there being pressured to buy all the snacks you see! also a lot of foodstores have a thing now where you can call in your order or do it online, and then pick it up. that way everythings done for you and you…

my favorite is diet french toast 2 pieces of wonder light wheat bread(8 calories), dipped in egg white, sprinkles with splenda and cinnamon. log cabin sugar free syrup over it (20 calories) ends up being around 100 calories! not bad for french toast that tastes amazzzzzzzing!

the p90x videos are great exercises all on their own! i do the ab ripper x a couple times a week just for the workout, but i'm not actually doing the program. you can add in some of the routines into your normal exercise plan to switch it up a bit

i too have be plateauing for a while now, and it is so frustrating! when your constantly working out and eating right and don't see that change on the scale its the worst thing ever! you're right by not depriving yourself, eating too few calories can lead to weight gain and especially if your exercising a lot you need to…
