using netcarbs?!
Some foods when I search them such as apples and things have options with netcarbs..is that okay to use or should I use the full carbs the item has?

which tredmill do i go by?!
The tredmill at my college says i burn 352 calories when I run for 30 minutes, but when I do the same workout at my home gym, it says I burn around 295. BIG DIFFERENCE. The one at my home gym I can put in my weight. The one at school I can't. I should go by the one that I entered my weight, right?

I am always wayyyyyy under on fat. I'm talking 6 or 7 grams when mfp is telling me I should be eating 45. I know its not good to eat too little fat because your body does need it, but I don't know how to incorporate it into my diet without going over on calories! havent lost weight in 9 months???
I havent lost any weight in abotu 9 months now, and was wondering if that means I am at my appropriate weight for my height? I'm still not happy with my stomach or arms though, and think I could definitely lose more weight. I'm 5' 5'', about 122 pounds, and I'm doing a 1200 calorie diet. Any suggestions??? Thanks :)

confused about my weight?!?!
i weigh myself the same time when i wake up every morning, and this past week it seems to be about a pound lower a day, but then at the end of the day my weight has consistently stayed the same. i can't tell if i'm actually losing weight or not! thoughts?!
