  • I've looked at past journals that have done studies on this....and the conclusion from all is that: It is not the drops/shots that make you lose weight....but the 500 calorie diet.

  • I'm not here to attack or say anything bad, but I've done research in the past on studies that looked at HCG. NONE of them found the hormone effective for weight loss...it was the 500 calories per day that made people lose weight. Save your money...and just do the diet part and not the drops or injections :)
  • Yep. I read a study awhile ago (like a year or more) about them showing that there was no evidence they contributed to weight loss. In terms of antioxidents, like others are saying, they are good :)
  • YES!!!! Why take the chance when you can be protected! I got the gardisil (or however you spell it) shots when I was 23, and they did hurt. However, I also heard that the younger they get them...the less painful they are. I don't think it would hurt to get them...and they can only help!
  • Oh..and the cloves of garlic, I just use minced garlic that is pre-minced from the grocery store. Seems to work for me :)
  • I've never seen carrots have a lot of calories....but that's not my point here :) I agree with all of the above, anything that has calories should be logged.
