I'm 5 feet even and right now I weight 172 pounds and that's 5 pounds less then when I started my fitness journey. My Goal weight is 133 lbs. This way I still have a little sumphin sumphin for the brothers. I can't be curve less in my hood.0

i'm 5'2, my goal weight is 140, but if i'm happy with how i look before that, i'll stop then, or if i hit it and still think i need to lose some, then i'll keep going. i want to look healthy.0

I'm 5ft 3 and half and got to 140lbs but I'd like to be nearer to 130lb.. I'm going to try and get to 9st 7 first (133lbs i think) which will take me to 3 stone lost and be right in the middle of the healthy range for my height.
I was told between 8st 7 and 10st 7 is healthy range for my height. I am a medium build so I don't think the lower end will suit my body even if I could get down to 8 and half - 9st range.0 -
I'm 5'3" or 5'4"...and I'm at 135...hoping to get to 125. My work out...well, I didn't do anything for a LONGGG time. But, I started P90X again to gain muscle which burns more calories at rest than fat does....so I'm sore right now. I dont' do his whole program....I switch between arms and back, and legs, and abs...the other stuff bores me0

Guess I'm the shortest lol I am 4'10 and VERY curvy. I am currently 135 and I have a GW: of 125. I don't think my curves are going anywhere any time soon. My hips are huge, my boobs have gone down 5 sizes and I am still a DD. I just would like to lose the extra belly fat I have. I NEVER want to lose the curves. I don't want to be too skinny. Not saying I have anything against skinny girls. It's just not for me.0

I'm 5'3" and 42 years old. Currently 201 and my goal weight changes every day I see new success stories. I swore to myself that I'd love myself at 140, but I know that I won't stop until I get to 120. We'll see! I'm excited every day that I see people just like me doing so well and getting healthy.0

I'm 5'5.5" and my goal weight is to be somewhere between 125 and 140. I was curvy even when I weighed 115 so I'm not worried about losing mine.0 -

Don't worry about loosing your curves, your body will do what is suppose to do. 140 sounds like a good weight, for you height.
I am curvy 5'4" and 165 want to get to 135. I have always been curvy even as a child, always had muscular legs, big booty and small waist (its just genetics). I am guessing because of that I will still be curvy at 135 or even smaller.
Good luck concentration on the small goals don't worry so much about the end number, just try to get healthy. Every small change you make now will make you healthier in the end.0 -
I'm 5"3' and currently weigh 135. My first goal was 140 then 135 and now its 130. i'm also curvy and trying to not lose my curves...lost a bit of the butt but working on making it perkier!0

I'm 5'3" (fine...I'm 1 cm shy of 5'3") and the lowest I'm thinking is 150. I'm currently aiming for 165, but I'll see when I get there. I have a large chest and plenty of muscle, and I want to keep those things! lol I just want to see the muscle more than I currently do.
I'm roughly 20 lbs away from my goal of 165 and intend to be there by August 1st.0 -

I'm 5'3.5" and my goal weight is 140lbs. I got there once but couldn't maintain that weight for long. I have hips, thighs and big butt (which I'm very comfortable with) so I'm always gonna be thick for my height. Would love to hit 140lb and stay there.

I am 5'1.5" and my goal weight is 130. I need to lose about 180 pounds to get there so perhaps it will change. My daughter is 4'11.5" and weighs 108 and curvy. She tries to keep her weight around 105. I tried to chose a weight that I thought I could maintain. It is hard for me to see myself at her size.0

I'm 5'3" & my goal weight is 135. If I'm unhappy with that, the lowest I'll go is 120. I've been 135 before & when I WAS that size, I hadn't gotten my curves yet (I was 14). Hopefully when I get back down there I'll have the same curves as I do now.. Just with a little less roll.0
