I am 5'3 and 3/4 hahaha so i say i am 5'4 on a BMI calculator. You can round up right?? haha For a healthy BMI at 5'4 I should be between 108 and145. I have big boobs and a big bum....so my primary goal is 160 and then consult my doctor. I would like my ultimate goal to be 145.0

My goal weight is about 125. I'm 5' and while my bones are small, I have wide hips and a very large chest (34F...praying to the gods they will shrink quite a bit before I'm done!). I'm a size 10 at 150lbs and ideally I want to be a size 6. But I would even stay a little bigger if it means keeping a 12" difference from my waist to my hips/bust as long as I am toned--this last part is the most important goal for me.0

I'm 5'3 and I was at 170lbs and body fat was at 25% stats were 36,32,40, size 8-10 , My current weight is 135 lbs and my bodyfat is 16% I'm still really curvy and my stats are 32, 26, 39 size 4. I wanna bring my waist down between 22-24. I'm just focusing on eating healthier and lifting heavy. I only do cardio 2 times a week if I have the chance.0

I'm roughly 5'4 & my ultimate goal weight is somewhere between 135-125. It'll take a while it'll be worth it, I'm sure! :-) Good luck with yours!0

I am 5`2`` and loved my curves @ 139lbs but the BMI chart says I need to go lower , lowest I ever weighed was 105 but I did not like my figure at that weight. I guess I will aim between 105 and 1390

I'm 5'1.5 and my goal weight was 120 but wouldn't mind seeing 115-1100
