I would suggest you get support here not dieting advice. IF works great for some people others not so much. Basically whatever diet users here are on they think its the best thing ever and anything else is craziness followed by 30 responses supporting or denying it.

Go to a specialty running store and get fitted for the correct type of running shoe. Neutral, motion control, etc. Fleet feet is the only place I buy shoes. This will help alot I suspect. Hope your shins get better!! Ryan

I think 168 bpm would be very close. When I ran your numbers I got 156-166. That would be 65%-75% of your max heartrate of 192. You'll burn more calories at a higher heartrate of course.

Does your heart rate monitor know how much you weigh? If so its the more accurate IMO.

I'll send you a friend request. I have a similar story I lost 70 lbs 2 years ago then all last year I hovered around the same weight until the holiday season and gained 10 lbs. Everyone needs motivation to keep going and stay strong.

Fish tacos with mango salsa. Best use of corn tortillas I can think of.

I run outside alot. If it gets really cold my skin does the same thing. I just limit my runs to 1 hour. I'm willing to live with some rawness since running inside generally sucks. Bodyglide helps!

I don't count it since your body has to break down coffee and tea. I think. :)

I have trouble w/ Dairy Queen Blizzards...thank goodness they came out w/ the mini. Its small and doesn't destroy my daily calorie intake.
