@gordoncat I weigh 214lb My BF% is 34.5 I eat No meat or Dairy, No Alcohol Caffeine, Soda's or Artificial Sweeteners. I eat no Processed food or Junk. I drink mainly Water or Herbal Tea. I eat mostly vegan food with the exception of Eating Fish once a week and using quorn occasionally in recipes.

I plan to reward my self when I finally go under 200lb I collect vinyl and plan to go up to a Market stall in Cardiff and treat myself to about £50 worth of vinyl Then a smaller reward every 10lb or so.

30 day shred is pretty intense do you eat your exercise calories or just the 1400. If you don't eat them your body won't be getting enough calories.

I have a superfood porridge with added flaxseed, Goji Berry sunflower and pumpkin seeds and raisins. I also have Fruit & Fibre Tomatoes and Mushrooms on 7 seed Wholemeal toast Quorn Bacon or Sausage with Mushroom sandwich made with 7 seed wholemeal bread.
