I think that is an awsome way to do it. I have never taken the pictures, but I use a similar idea. I have mornings when I feel this way and it is always tied to not eating enough the night before for me. Make sure you are getting enough fuel in your system. Is there a chance you are pregnant? Also, if you haven't had a blood panel done in the last 6 months go in and request one from your doctor.

I wake up at 5:00--long before they do--and excercise on the elliptical before they get out of bed. It is easier for me to concentrate if I am not having to settle disputes while I am excercising. I also try to work outside a lot and spend more time playing with the kids--praticing baseball, swimming, biking, etc.
