  • I'm in Month 2 and the first thing that popped into my head was "throw away your scale and get a tape measure!". Inches is where you'll notice the difference. Follow the food plan, too. Nutrition is 75-80% of Insanity. You can do it!
  • Hi there :) I started Month 2 today and did that yes, INSANE, 59 minute workout! With some of the moves, I said, "NO. WAY. REALLY??" But I was surprised that I did it. That month 1 really helped!!! Noticing GREAT results after Month 1, so I can't wait to see myself after Month 2 is finished!
