I don't know where you live but if you're heading to the beach I'd guess there's a good chance some fresh seafood should be available. I'd say just order the healthiest things you can and don't worry about the little stuff. If it's not a regular thing you probably won't notice any difference.

470 calories is awesome. Why would you feel bad about that?
-
Yup. Lots of healthy fats as well. I prefer mine grass-fed.
-
No worries :)

Lmao

There's another thread going about rewards at the moment. Check it out for some ideas: community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10252963/rewards

Actually that's not a bad idea. I'll give that a shot!

Love a Carl's Jr. Six Dollar Western Bacon Burger.

I ran for about 6 months and successfully completed the C25K program. I then stopped running, got out of shape again, and basically went back to square one within another few months. So when I finally started to get back on track I went out and started C25K again and realized....I hate running. I've always hated running.…

Kitchenaid is general used for baked goods yes. However baked goods are not the reason people are fat. Overeating them are. Fried chicken is perfectly healthy in moderation. Don't be so judgemental about peoples decisions.

Are you stating all these things as fact or are you meaning this in a tongue in cheek sort of way?

My biggest pet peeve with serving sizes is with cereal. It drives me up the wall that every cereal is basically 3/4 cup serving size. It's a ridiculous expectation.

Am I the only one who just pictured someone hanging out with a friend in the club like "hey girl...wanna split a can of soup?"

I don't know if there's a limit or not but the last part makes sense...i mean...maybe you just need to drop the kids off at the pool ya know?
-
This is really the only reply anyone should ever need for these types of threads.
-
That makes more sense. I was going based on your 6 week timeline and assumed you were starting at less than 300 since your page shows you only have 30 lbs left to go.
-
Ummm...that's incredibly unhealthy weight loss. You need to be very careful.

A quick search brings up a website that looks like it's selling something Dr. Oz would endorse. So strike 1. If Dr. Oz really did endorse it I'd take it with a grain of salt... although I'm sure Dr. Oz has already endorsed another diet involving taking grains of salt and has told people they'll lose 80lbs per week.

Ah see I like the oil based dressings. Especially just oil and lemon juice. Creamy dressing is nice sometimes but I don't really miss it if I don't have it.

I get it when running too. It's awful. I think its a combination of bad shoes and not enough strength in your calves. But I would say consult a professional....

I understand. When I was a teenager I was about the size I am now and my mom was definitely pretty vocal about it. Not so much that she wasn't supportive about weight loss but she'd definitely make comments regarding my weight that were upsetting. I never did tell her that it upset me and in retrospect maybe I should have.…

You are correct I'm American. I do usually buy refrigerated pasteurized eggs. Although we do get fresh eggs once in awhile from my wife's sister who has chickens. We usually refrigerate those too. I guess we don't have to though :)

Zero taste.... Edit: Zero taste is unfair...it has a taste. It's just not good.

I've heard this for so long but I've never actually attempted it. It terrifies me to leave eggs out of the fridge. I have no problem eating/drinking things with raw egg in it when they've been refrigerated but for some reason leaving them on the counter and then eating them makes me think I'm going to die.

I'm not going to claim to be an expert on the benefits or drawbacks of coffee. I certainly have at least 1-2 coffees per day. However I've looked into what happens when you quit coffee because I have a horrible time trying to get used to black coffee and I'd prefer to not have the extra cals from milk and sugar. So the…

While I get where you are going with this point I think you can still be unhappy with who you are even if you aren't a cartoon villain. If I'm being completely honest I can make a list of probably 50 things I don't like about myself. I can list maybe 10 things that I DO like about myself. That tends to get upsetting at…

If you don't normally eat breakfast why are you wanting to start now? As for an answer to your question -- I don't know about your situation but I get up early and don't usually have time to eat at home so IF I eat breakfast (which isn't often because I'm not a big breakfast eater either...) I usually just have a couple of…

Way to go! Good job staying on track and proving all the negative "it's impossible" people wrong.

Yeah that stuff is delicious too.
