    I will do around 300-500 calorie shrimp dinner and a 300-500 calories breakfast just so I can eat some of that stuff.. I eat 1000 to 1500 calories at lunch twice sometimes three times a week and still managed to maintain my current weight 185lbs down from 293lbs.. I'm never giving up my 1400 calorie calzone!!! EVER!!!
