The boobs get an 8. lol

You'd really have to look at your BMI. You're probably in the higher end of the normal range with that. But, you could measure body fat and see how that rates for you. :)

I just hate it when people tell me I look good. Those jerks.

Love me some skates! And roller derby is a killer work out!
-
I wish I was at your before weight...lol Awesome girl!
-
Me too! Way to go, OP!

As a previous teenage girl, I'll tell you, it gets better. But not right now. Honestly, right now is going to suck. Just be patient, and leave her room to be human.

If it was easy, we wouldn't have any overweight people. As you eat better, you'll start to crave those things less and less. Eat good, feel good. You can do it!

What you need to evaluate is whether or not you'll be able to continue your calorie intake like that for the rest of your life. Since you're 5'2", you probably don't need much, but if you're starving yourself, you're eventually going to slow your metabolism down to a crawl. Are you losing weight, or changing your lifestyle…

Ha, love it

What sort of foods are you eating? You could be eating foods that are the right amount of calories, but maybe very high in sodium? That could make you retain water weight. And also, EAT.

It sounds really cliche, but the Richard Simmons videos are awesome for people just starting out. He makes it very easy, and shows you different levels of the workout.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to see this morning - that it CAN be done. I'm so amazingly proud of you. You are the very definition of strength. I can't stop saying 'wow"!

Love all of this. ^

Whoa, that's way too low! I've heard a good guideline (not gospel, mind you) is that at 5' tall you should be around 100 lbs, and for every inch past that you add 5 lbs. So for you, it'd be about 120. Now of course, weight doesn't reflect body fat percentage, so there's always that to take into account.

Great idea! Make 'em EXPENSIVE!

Some advice I once read about "holiday eating" that totally helps me - allow yourself to have a little bit of the holiday foods. For example, people don't have pumpkin pie all year round, so you can have some of that to make it special. But, foods like sugar cookies, aren't really a holiday thing, people make those all the…

While I do appreciate all the posts, just a quick reminder...arsenic is completely natural, too. So just because something is natural, doesn't mean it's good for you. I'll go with the most realistic answer here and use it in moderation. Thank you everyone!

Thanks for a good answer that doesn't make me want to kill myself because I ate a CHEMICAL OH MY GAWD.

Two quotes I've always loved, if I can just remember to use them... 1. The first step is the hardest one out the door. (To exercise) 2. You didn't gain all the weight in one day, don't expect to lose it in one day!

I picked Mio because it's made with sucralose. I'm allergic to aspartame, and I don't like the negative effects of it anyway.

You just became my new best friend. lol I usually get the Wal-Mart brand - it's a dollar cheaper and it's all the same stuff.

Not being a jerk or anything, but how can my body tell what color it is? Why would it process it differently?
-
I guess I'm a bit ignorant - what's HCG?
-
I'm noticing that too. Also, I really didn't realize how many calories I was consuming. You think a bowl of cereal is just fine, then realize you just had 2 or 3 portions of cereal! Amazing how a "light food" like that is so many calories.

Thank you! Most people don't want to be fat. If it was so easy, no one would be fat. "Don't judge others because they sin differently than you do".
