A pint of raspberry sherbet from Hagen- Daaz. It was good going in but not good going out (sorry for the TMI) Now if I want ice cream I can those small cute ones. I think they're like 2 oz's.

If you're fasting, your not suppose to eat anything, until its over. Then your suppose to break from the fast properly. If you eat as soon as its over even if its a piece of small fruit. Haven't worked out since January. and when I started trying to lose weight in Jan 2011 I was doing 1200. and this year I did 850 (the dietician told me not to do that) Instead she suggested I do 1400-1500. I'm kinda glad she suggested 1400-1500. I think I would feel comfortable doing that.

I'm 29 years old and I'm sedentary. I sit at a desk all day long. But I'm doing Turbo Fire which at most is 6 days a week with an average from 30 - 55 minutes a day. So almost 4 hours a week. Vallemic: That's what I did at first originally. But after 3 months. it just stalled for about 2 months.

The dietitian, is going to build up my plan and give me numbers, I did request a metabolic testing to see where I am. But I'm going over the posts. My question is, how can you find out if you want to loose 2 lbs a week. Where does that come from.

Keeping your hair in protective styles is a wonderful idea. Right now my hair is in weave until the weather gets warm. Usually I keep my hair in twists and sometimes I pull it back to a bun to protect the ends. And wash my hair from 1-2 weeks. making sure pre-poo treatment before washing. Good Luck on your journey.

Arnold whole wheat sandwich thins. and its 100 calories each. They're about 5 bucks. So I try to get them on sale. I loooooooooove me some bread :3 so this helps a lot.

Definitely To much Vitamin A can actually be poisonous. To much Vitamin C, can give you diarrhea and cramping, which happened to me once trying to fight a cold. I set my daily calories to 850 in order to loose 2 lbs every week. setting it at 1200 only makes me loose 1.3 lbs . But I'm also on my time of the month as well. I just realized something. Do you literally mean 60 glasses? That seems like way to much and not healthy. 60 x 8 oz = 480 oz of water per day. Or do you mean 60 oz per day?
