I too am trying to get out of the 170s. I'm now at 173.8 and stuck there for 2 weeks now. I also weigh in on Saturday mornings but like you I tend to weigh in every morning I get a chance to. I should not do that but I can't help it. It helps me stay focused believe it or not.
