I think I'm glad I haven't married yet. I'm 29 and the right person hasn't come along. Bottom line..it's when you are ready. I have to agree with some of the other posts about it being late 20's into your 30's though. My pre 25 self would have been divorced quickly.

5;5" 194 lbs Size 14 usually. Some things a 12 but mostly a 14.

I had the very same trouble. I took two weeks to get through week 4. Keep pushing through but take your time. Listen to your body...you may just need some extra time with week 4. Once you get to week 5 you will be glad you did!

Tomorrow is another day. Let the "fairy" wipe the slate clean and start over tomorrow. It's not the end of the world. It happens. Don't worry about it. Besides we both know WHY anyway...the timing is too perfect.

It took three weeks before I actually saw the number on the scale go down. The best thing to do is to regularly take photos of yourself so you actually see your progress when you compare one week to the next. That was encouraging for me even though I didn't see the pounds come off.

I used "dancing" for my Zumba class. I usually burn around 415 calories.
