Easy, I spent 50 minutes just working my shoulders today and then I followed it with a 20 min HIIT session....and I did not talk to anyone at the gym today. I typically do three sets of any given exercise and my "breaks" vary. I rest 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on what I'm doing :)
-
I would suggest doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It will be the fastest way to burn fat. If you are unsure of what it is, just Google it :) Walking won't do much as far as fat loss...I would also do some weight training too.

I have mine set to 40/40/20 Carbs/Protein/Fat. So, I get 120g of carbs, 120g of protein, and 27g of fat. I'm currently consuming 1200 calories a day.

My husband is in the National Guard and just recently came back from being gone for 4 months. I lost 11 pounds while he was gone :)

Mine is custom...I didn't like how MPF had them set up :)

I'm 5'3...motivation needs to come from within and if you drink that wine you're only hurting yourself. Sorry but the truth may hurt. That last 10 pounds is never going to come off unless you kick up the intensity on your workouts and consume more calories. I'm not trying to be mean...just honest :)

Yes, it's important to keep track of all of your nutritional info. Your body needs carbs, fats, proteins, and other nutrients just as much as it needs calories. Being over or under on these things can affect your goals.
-
I eat them and have been consistantly losing :)
-
You're suppose to change up your routine every few weeks...like 6...give or take. You need to confuse your body so it's starts losing again. Beleive it or not, your body will get use to what you are doing to it so you need to change it up! :)

Thanks for the reminder Allie. I have 3 kids and I often forget that I CAN get my body where I would like it to be. It just takes ALOT of hard work and dedication. :flowerforyou:

I quit 3 years ago and did not gain any weight frm quitting. You just have to eat the proper foods and don't go over board on your calories. I chewed sugar free gum everytime I felt like giving in to the cravings. You have already quit once so you can do it again. I honestly do not believe you will gain weight unless you…

You should really talk to a tattoo artist and tell them your idea. They can then draw something up for you and you can discuss any changes that you feel need to be made. You may be suprised though, if you find a good artist there probably may not be much to change. :)

Bump! Thanks :)

That's right. You should feel hungry...this way you know your metabolism is working :) Eat 5-6 small meals a day, every few hours.
-
Yes, it's unhealthy. You need to figure out your BMR so that you know how many calories your body needs. At that point you can create a calorie deficet to help you reach your goals in a healthy way. Here is a hood website to help fogure that out: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

Make sure you're eating 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going strong. Try to eat more whole foods and stay away from processed foods. Also, you may need to up your calorie intake just a bit. Also, try to exercise if you're not already doing that....and drink lots of water! :)

I'm 5'3 and currently at 125. I would like to get to around 118 pounds. More importantly, I would like to have a BF% around 14-16. My BF% is 25.

You should open your food diary so we can see what you're eating. I can't help if I don't know what you're putting in your body :)
