Hi and welcome!! sounds to me like you need to stop thinking about the big number and set a mini goal, like 10 lbs. Then it wont be so scary and hard. when you make that goal then set another one. good luck and we are all here for you! Friend me if you want :flowerforyou:

My chiropractor says they do horrible things to your body allignment.... so from what I have heard they do more damage than good. Sorry :(
