I am back on a healthy weight loss plan. This is my second serious attempt. I did really well about 3 years ago and lost about 40 lbs. I was able to get into size 4/6 which is something I cannot remember ever doing before. Numerous events occurred and I was off my routine and gained just about all my weight back within the 3 years. Most of it within the last 9 months. I know that a routine and diary are my best bets. If I don't have the structure, I fall off the wagon and don't realize how bad I am eating. I've been looking for a good site to help me keep track of my diet and exercise program and I think I have found it here. Wish me luck and I will do the same for anyone reading this post.
