i actually just bought a spinning bike!!!!!!!!!! i am not able to to classes due to my work schedule, but i downloaded a spinning cd from itunes and i love it! i can easily follow the instructions and pedal to the beat. I sweat my butt off! i am officially obsessed with spinning.

if you can find magnesium that will help. I take it at night to prevent leg cramps. It seems to worrk best in the powdered form. Follow the instructions on the bottle for dosage. taking magnesium helps with retaining potassium levels (and other electrolytes) that is lost through sweat.
