Swimming - has always been my favorite thing to do. It's low impact, relaxing, and I like the feeling that I'm weightless... XD
Dancing - that's just fun really, but a great workout too.
Biking - when the weather isn't TOO cold anyway. I also love doing push ups now that I actually can. lol

    1. Zumba- Its the only workout I have ever done where I have been dripping sweat, panting and SMILING.
    2. Yoga- It lets me take my mind off of everything,
    3. MORE ZUMBA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you mean just weight training exercises? My 3 would be---

    barbell squats
    push-ups
    pull-ups

If you mean cardio and weights, I guess take out pull-ups and add Turbo Kick (or cardio kickboxing, if TK is not available).

    1. SQUATS!! Cuz they're awesome. Not to mention they make your butt look KILLER.

    2. Running intervals :)

    3. Plyometrics

Just tried kettle bell training for the first time at the gym last week and THAT stuff is good once you get the form down right. Great cardio workout as well as full-body resistance training.

burpees- great burn, whole body movement, plus not so many people do them here, so it's kind of a novelty to do them at the gym.
chin ups- feel so strong when I do them, hopefully I'll eventually be able to do pullups
squats- just love 'em for working lower body.

    Hello guys,

Got this info online and I would like to hear your ideas and opinion about your fave exercises.

    Here's mine:

Deadlift - Best compound exercise ever!

Squat - Another breathe-taking compound movement.

Flat Bench Press - Superb upper body compound workout!

Mine are these 3 too, but in order of:
    1) Squats
    2) Flat bench press
    3) Deadlifts

Squat- you can never have big enough legs and it hits quads and glutes hard also awesome core and cardio exercise
Deadlift- again awesome core and cardio and hits the back hard
Incline bench- 30ish degrees dumbell press to hit the top of the chest and if you fully extend you could hit tricep as well ( not the form i would use but if i was only allowed 3 exercises lol )

Swimming-- great strength and cardio that's no-impact so easy on the joints

Yoga Sun Salutation--stretches everything that needs to be stretched to prevent injury

Walking-- because, as bipedal homonids, it's just what we do!
