o.0 I love veg, steamed. in a massive pile XD that's dinner with some cottage cheese or cream cheese edit: plus pepper and some cider vinegar if I want to get fancy. no butter, no salt. sod that noise.

the shakes are soy, inulin and a multi mineral and vitamin complex.... the supplements you can get cheaper in other shops, and with higher dosages for less money if you wanted.

if you don't want anything else, then go to bed with a empty stomach? you don't have to eat if you don't want too, even if MFP screams its *kitten* off at you for it. If you do want to eat though, eat what you want....you earned it!

engaged once, but we were too young to know it wasn't forever. so now im single and if someone comes along, they do. If they don't, they saved themselves a lot of hassle.

I love zero noodles because of what they are made from. Glucomannan is really just insoluble fibre, so it works well for carrying the main part of the meal, which is the sauce and the vegetables for me :) edit: zero noodles and miracle noodles are the same sort of thing btw XD and as always, someone will say what's wrong…

hypothyroid here, same height as you. I eat 1600 to 1800 calories, not net. a day. Im not losing weight, but im looking fitter :) I exercise 7 days a week, ave day burn is 500 minimum
