As of today I have 19 pounds to goal!

I am at 8 months out and loosing about 2lbs a week. The nut has me on a 950 calorie max with 100 protein and 60 carbs. I am burning 500-800 calories 5 days a week

I am not on BP medicine and all my vitamins were just checked. Everything is fine. Thanks Pennysteed

VSG was chosen in my case because of the IBS issues I have in relation to vitamins. RNY need more vitamins and increases the chance of me having more IBS pain.

I am a little over 6 months out and my NUT has me at 750-950 calories and 100 protein. Sleeve.

I use a drink mixer in my coffee to mix my protein and it works wonderfully

Loosing as much as possible pre-surgery will make the post surgery weight easier to come off as well. I suggest loosing as much as possible before and getting the muscles used to moving as well. They will have you up soon after the surgery and it will be easier if you have your muscles used to moving. Start researching…

Even doing laundry I look at the clothes I wore and think they look too small for me.

Did you notice they are lower in fiber as well? Only 12 grams opposed to the 17 in others. I love the taste though and it is worth the adjustments. Tis the season!
