GREAT WORK!!!!! Looking good! Love seeing successes like this!

Not sure anyone has mentioned it yet but POSTURE. Make sure at the least you're not slouching and keeping your back straight. If you don't do this and slouching becomes repition you can say bye-bye ab's. You can also do isometric ab holds just sitting in your chair, good luck!

@FaugHorn - Keep it up =) I didn't notice that much of a difference until most of the way through the second month. It's totally worth it! Day 2 Done and on Day 3. I did accidently start on Arms & Shoulders so today will be chest and back, no biggie... Awesome job guys!

Day 1 done, day two here I come! If you'd like to post measurements go for it. I'm personally going to take before and afters. One thing I remember from my last run was not to focus so much on your weight as you do on your inches, as mine fluctuated like crazy but the results were definitely visible. Keep it up!

Alright. Let the games begin!!! I'm about to head home to kick off Arms and Shoulders and will double up on the weekend to catch up to those who started yesterday.

Alright, well I think I'm finally sobering up from the Bears defeat =D I did drink, a bit in excess this weekend, but overall it wasn't THAT bad. This week, headed to Mount Hood to hit the slopes for three LONG days. Just a little flask of Rumplemintz to stay warm (+ it's vacation) ;D Good Luck Everyone!

Recovery week just happens to be the week I'm flying out to ski Mt. Hood, Wednesday - Sunday. We'll probably do 3-4 day's. I'm going to bring my DVD's with and do them, as I think Yoga, Stretching, etc. would be great after the slopes. Any thoughts?
