I got a Fitbit Charge HR a two day ago. I have an IPhone 6 and the goals are not displaying on the dashboard. Any IPhone users experiencing the same. I need some over 50 women using the Charge HR as their aid in weight loss. Looking for motivation and challenge.

This is what helped me. Caluclate online your your BMR (which is calories w/o exercise or activity) Calculate online your TDEE (this includes your BMR and activity) Suggestion eat calories between the two but closer to your BMR for now, this should help to jump start your weight loss.

I have found that morning workouts are the best, because once it is done I don't have to think about it. Even now with two young children, I like to get up before they do an get my workout done. I've based the calories burned using this site. So if this site is extremely generous when determining calories burned, then would it be to my benefit to eat all the burned calories or just 1/2 or 3/4 of the burned calories?
