The only thing that will help you lose weight is eating at a deficit consistently. To do this you need a food scale and weigh and log everything you eat!!!! You will see a downward trend and rejoice!

I agree with making sure you weigh and account for everything you eat! You WILL lose weight this way as long as you are staying within your calorie goal!!!! It will work and you'll be very pleased. Eating less will not cause gain or maintain!!!!

Maybe just because it tastes good and provides and ending to your meal. Make it fit your calorie goal and enjoy! I love some chocolate or fruit after lunch or dinner or even both if there's room in my day. Sometimes even some ice cream.

My have dh had blockages and chest pain. He received 3 stents and went on Crestor. He's still doing fantastically well 10 years later. I say, listen to your doctor if you have blockages! You don't want a heart attack!

1000 calories is too low. To get all the nutrients your body needs you need at least 1200 plus eating back 1/2 or more of your exercise calories! Why do you want to be underweight? Why would you want to harm yourself eating like this? Very sad you think this little of yourself!

Maybe your calorie deficit is too high. You might have more control if you decreased your deficit.

Are you overweight? If so, only losing weight will help you lose belly fat. That means you need to be in a calorie deficit.

I think either you're not ready to lose the weight or you're just complicating the process a lot more than necessary. All you need to is enter your info into MFP to get your daily calorie goal and maybe try to move more. Eat less, move more! Watch yourself lose!

Two hours before my morning workout I have 2 jumbo eggs over easy on one slice ww toast and 2 large glasses of water and 2 large cups of tea with almond milk. It gets me through an hour to ninety minute workout comfortably.

Losing weight is mostly about a calorie deficit, so exercise within your ability and eat less than you have been. The weight will come off!
