I've managed to add a lot of greens through smoothies. My current obsession: 1 c. almond coconut milk (Blue Diamond, Unsweetened) 1 frozen banana 2 T PB2 (powdered peanut butter) 3 cups (packed) organic baby spinach

That's great!! We have a small gym at work too, and I have managed to conjure the courage to do some strength training at lunch over the past couple of weeks - I really like it! (I just have to be strategic about how sweaty I get!!)
