This was actually fairly helpful made me realize I am about average for my weight. I have not worn below a 10 since the 6th grade so I am looking forward to that :3

True I think I enjoy them so much bc they are practically candy....I burn around 2000 calories a day with lots of cardio and 30-60 mins of crossfit/weights. Try early morning jogs, the jog will reduce stress/anxiety. Plus you'll be much more tired at night :)

You guys are right, 4 years ago my Doctor didn't seem concerned but perhaps this Doctor will have answers! I am on bc but it is a different type than the one I had 4 years ago. and the year and half I have been on this pill except the past 2 months I haven't had a period. obviously I need to make sure things are okay!

I lost my Freshman 15 last summer. It really was a matter of eating healthy.
