I too have slacked off for a few weeks. I don't even want to get on tge scale. All the christmas baking and dinners have really hurt me. Well no more feeling sorry for myself. I'm starting all over today. Hopefully staying on track ince again.. I need some encouragement to keep me going.

Good morning. I'm on 1200 per day. I have done it before and it works. Right now having a really hard time. I binge every chance I get. Not happy at all. Its easy to keep withing the calorie intake and not feel hunger. I guess today is a new start for me.

I make sweet potato soup. I use one sweet potato two zuchinnis onion and bowl all in a pot with vegetable bouillon. Once cooked puree and add laughing cow cheese 4 wedges. Voila a delicious creamy soup......

I take the pre packed oatmeal plain add 60g of egg whites about 1/4 cup and about 1/2 water mix and put in microwave for 1 min stir and put again for another min do this until its cooked let it cool a bit and sprinkle some sweetener on it and enjoy. It tastes like rice pudding. I eat this for breakfast in the morning.…

how do i find out the bmr and tdee ( I dont know what the tdee is )
