I take the pre packed oatmeal plain add 60g of egg whites about 1/4 cup and about 1/2 water mix and put in microwave for 1 min stir and put again for another min do this until its cooked let it cool a bit and sprinkle some sweetener on it and enjoy. It tastes like rice pudding. I eat this for breakfast in the morning.

Basically nothing more than bananas mashed with oats and baked. (I throw in protein powder and choco chips)0 -
I am the same. I sometimes eat old fashioned oats raw with fruits and nuts and milk like a normal cereal. I really like that or I mix it wit yogurt, but I don't believe on forcing yourself to eat things you just don't like.0

Have you tried savory oatmeal?
1/2 cooked steel cut oats
1 T soy sauce
1 T scallions
1 t sriracha
All topped with a over easy or poached egg. The egg yolk makes a creamy sauce, while the whites give a different texture to the oats.0
