Okay, I will do my best to stick to both aspects of the plan. I'll report back in 2 weeks. Thanks!

Hello! Just checking in to see if you have any thoughts for me. Thanks!!
-
I was down to 127ish around 4th of July. Then summer vacation season hit and I was looser with my diet for about 1 month. When I returned my weight increased to 135 (some was water I imagine/hope). When I came back, I started strong lifts in early August. Since then, I've gotten down to 128.8 on my best day, but mostly I…

I'd love to join! I lift 3x a week (month 2 of SL), run, spin, tennis, barre. Trying to stick to TDEE - 20%. Haven't seen the scale move much yet though...

Apple shaped here. I've got a belly and a flat butt. Sigh. When I gain weight, it's goes to my tummy. When I lose weight, I lose from my butt. So lopsided! I do like my legs though...

Bono...love the rock star philanthropist!

Long list unfortunately: cereal, crackers, bagels, pastries, any dessert (seriously, anything sweet), pita chips, trail mix, granola bars. My husband and 2 kids almost staged a mutiny when I cleaned out the pantry!

Yes! I take spin class 3x/week and love it, though I started off hating it. I am a runner and had hurt my knee, so I turned to spin for an alternative cardio workout. Spin is great for HIIT intervals. I have never sweat so much in my life! It works your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core. I say go for it...you'll…

I love to swim too! It's a great way to cross train, since my knees have been getting more sore after running and spinning. For my swim workout, I like to mix up timed intervals (50 meter sprints) with 500 free, 500 with kickboard, 500 with paddles/buoy. Swimming especially strengthens my shoulders, back, and core. I will…

I take Dailey Method classes at my local studio. There is a great Dailey Method DVD you can try. Very good for core, glutes, thighs. Another good option is The Bar Method, I've taken their classes also and I own their home workout videos. Good luck!

Congratulations! What an accomplishment!! You should be so proud :)

I try to eat clean too! Clean foods are in essence "whole" foods, i.e. nothing processed/packaged/refined, no added sugars or fillers. I eat up on vegetables, fruit, protein, tofu, beans, nuts, whole grains (nothing "white" colored). If it comes in a plastic package and made by a factory, then I try not to eat it. Of…

I agree with the protein eaters. I can't eat cereal(or anything with refined carbohydrates) in the mornings because it spikes my insulin level, then I'm tired and hungrier later (plus I can never limit myself to simply "one serving".) Better choices for breakfast are eggs or greek yogurt, or protein shake. If you need some…

When I'm exercising, I say "dig deep, be strong!"

I'm 5'2", now 126 lbs but would love to get to my "driver's license weight" of 109. Sigh, I might have to readjust goal weight since my 37(almost 38) year old metabolism is slower than when I was 16.
-
Yep, I'm 5'2" also and feel the pressure to be tiny. I exercise a lot but can't slim down easily. Happy to be a friend.

I'm 5'2", 130 lbs, hope to be 110. I tried to limit calories to 1200 but I exercise a LOT (mostly for my mental health, to release stress) so I needed to up the calories. I would love some petite support, as I'm finding hard to stay motivated (especially when my daily evening cravings kick in.)
