Stamp that! This is a great way for me to gauge how my body reacts to certain foods I've eaten. I track my weight and workouts on a daily calendar, but I only pay attention to my Saturday weight.

I love this! I'm still new-ish to MFP. This is a great challenge! I haven't burned 3,500 calories a week (yet) but that will be this week's goal! Monday - 509 (334 with Zumba and 175 on the elliptical) 2991 to go!

I usually log my food before I eat it (if I've pre-packed my lunch for work, I'll log that ahead of time). I've become fanatical about logging everything I eat.

I have both Zumba and Zumba II for Wii. I highly recommend Zumba II - it's fun! I think I'm going to try Zumba core next!
