Session a) Cardio - weights - sauna and jacuzzi 2 hrs ( rare) Session b) Cardio and weights 1 hr (rare) Session c) Weights 25 -40 mins dependent on how busy (always) I am lifting heavy so (3 sets) 2 body parts till failure... does not take long till i want to puke! then i am out!

I agree... stones an pounds does it for me too!!! its nice to mark off each 1/2 stone lost, and what a feeling when you drop down to the next stone bracket :-) It always sounds better and more dramatic when spoken. I think eating out was what got me partially into a larger suit in the first place... I went to see a friend in sarasota last year and I put on almost 1 stone whilst there.. ( thanks Dennys) NDJ, "I eat a lot of eggs, vegetables, chicken, oatmeal etc.." .Definately correct and more so for men...
