No, I never eat back my workout calories. This makes perfect sense now. Thank you everyone!!!!! So, if I do workout I need to be eating more calories so I'm not starving myself!!!! So......basically in order to not stave ourselves we need to eat back our exercise calories to loose at a healthy faster rate.

Yes, I agree there isn't much activity in the group!!!! How many carbs are you guys shooting for daily. I'm trying to do around 100grams of protein a day but I usally get to 65-75 which is still great and at least 8 glasses of water 64oz but I'm not sure about what our carb intake is supposed to be. This post makes alot of sense I got on the scale today and didn't loose any weight but I measured myself when I got to work and in 10 days I lost .25inches in my calf, 1inch in my hip and 1inch in my chest YAY
