One at most, sometimes as little as one or 2 times in a month - makes the reward greater plus weighing yourslef daily does not help, weight fluctuates due to water retention TOTM etc, I would say stop with the everyday:ohwell: x

Firstly don't freak out! I would recommend you try to eat something small but filling(i tend to find lentil sou helps me but each to their own) Try your hardest not to binge but if you do go over your calories, breath stay calm and move on. Do not purge or beat yourself up about it. x

TBH you would have to give a lot more info...curent weight, goal weight and what you are actually doig to loose before you can get more advice x
-
depends on what size your alrady at plus whether your loosing fat or muscle x
-
ONly add exercise that is outwith your normal activity for example i don't add walking when it is a walk i would ahve done everyday anyway...or cleanign etc which i take as part of lifestyle in the first place.

lean meats, eggs, fish or supplement with shake xx

He may be encouraging you to get to that weight due to the docotrs advice and health benefits of being a 'healthy weight'. firstly don't go nay more than you wnat to. Secondly don't fret about the big picture just now set smaller goals as you go. once at 160 see how you feel and whether you want to go more. Your husband…

it's probably lean muscle....at my thinest i was a size 6-8(UK) but my BMI was borderling overweight because of the amount on muscle i held. x

Easy - eat less, move more most diets are basicaly this principle anyway for eaxampl WW, SW ur pasically counting calorie but points and check are what they are called - its all the same even most fad diets are based on a calorie deficit so basically if you have the will power they will work (not always safely) for…

i have no idea what you mean by stretching and popping your bones. It really wont make a difference if its the same time and under the same conditions each week
-
my mum tried it (not a good idea with IBS) she lost a couple of pounds but put on more when she came off cos she was starving lol xx:noway:

your not eating enough and what you are eating is not all that great... try whole/clean foods and try to cut back on the chocolate lol i normally wouldn't say that but in your case with how little your eating its actually makign a difference lol x

I feel its dependant on prefrence as well as amount of calories used. I prefer not to eat mines back but would if I where burning like 1000 cals... Note of warning though if you are going to eat tehnm back don't eat alll as they tend to be estimated very high on here and don;t add things like cleaning etc which you would…
-
try eating/not eating your calories back and see if it make a difference or try a refeed or change your macros to more protein less carb etc everyones different so its bit hard to give advice on breaking that plateu
-
I never eat my exercise calories but this is a huge deficit - maybe eat some but down to prefrence and how your body reacts whne on such low cal.

nothing tastes as good as thin feels Also personally when my bf told me - do it for yourself, not anyone else. its not a race and your only trying to prove to yourself you can do it no one else this made me wait until i was mantally ready to take it on and has worked wonders for me personally
-
I would take it as water - personally I don't count mine but make sure I drink a lot of it :drinker:

I am a comfort eater. I was a reallly thin fitness freak until i got my first bout of depression and then the eating started. I have only recently started to get on top of things tbh but I find that you just have to substitute it for soemthing else. For instance when I feel stressed I go for a long bath, spend a couple of…

Healthy food does not ned to be time consuming. For instance if I'm cooking chicken i'll grab a couple of chicken breasts, sprinkly with spice and shove in the oven for 40 mins... that time i use to bath, fit in a quick workout or do houshold stuff. then shove soem veggies in a pot for 5 mins.....done! x:happy:
-
I drink a tonne of water If that doesn't help then I drink a cup of tea or coffee and my cravings are gone... If i'm desperate for soemthing sweet then I drink a pint of water with either Just a Dash or a no added sugar dilutting juice added. Hope this helps xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Friday.. it keeps me motivated over the weekend:drinker:

Personal choice really. I don't really see the point in eating them back unless you are burning a very large amount eg running for 3 hours lol I always feel as though its a bit of a waste of effort if you eat them all back - again its preference and dependant on your goals At the moment mine is purley weight loss so i find…
-
I personally feel like if I don't want to eat i wont. I have never been an advocate of the 'you MUST ......' to loose weight I feel that your body knows whats right Its different if your not getting the calories in whilst being constantly hungry, tired etc if you are doing ok I don't see why you should force yourself If…
