My boss who hasn't seen me in awhile asked me if I lost weight along with some customers :) I bought a smaller size in pants a few months ago and had them perfectly hemmed (I was ecstatic that I fit into a smaller size). I'm a person who always has to be sipping something or doing something with my mouth (eating or talking), so tea definitely helps. I love my green decaf tea and black caramel is good too.

I would find little ways to increase your calorie intake like the others said. I agree that 900 calories isn't enough, but I wouldn't force yourself to eat if you just simply aren't hungry. Maybe it's just an off day and you'll feel hungry tomorrow.

Every time I've tried a juice cleanse, I do loose lbs but I'm not sure about inches. But I get extremely hungry and then I end up binge eating and end up gaining more in the end. Maybe try cutting calories back a bit, if your dress is just a little snug. Good luck.
