    A half litre of Pinot Grigio and escargot when my best friend and I go out to our favourite bar.

    Pinot Grigio by the glass if I'm by myself, having a drink after a long day. That tends to be my drink of choice at home as well.

    Red wine with dinner, depending on the meal, both out and at home.

    White beer while patio drinking on a hot day. Guinness when it's cold, Creemore anytime. Sometimes a bottle of Canadian goes best with greasy bar food as well.

    Vodka soda when I don't feel like anything heavy, or a double vodka on the rocks with a lime when I need something stiff.

    Tequila if I have to do shots, and always when I'm back home in Mexico (bars rarely have good tequila here).

    Oh and I almost forgot, vodka martini, dirty, when out for cocktails or before ordering wine with dinner when out for a nice meal with my man.

    It depends on my mood, where I'm drinking and who I'm with. I don't drink a whole lot these days but when I do, beer is a safe bet .Tequila shots sometimes. I used to drink a lot of fireball...and on the odd occasion I would be in the mood for vodka& lime or rum and pepsi.

    Other than that, I'm the same way about ordering drinks as I am with ordering food. I like to see what the place has for "specialty" drinks and try something new. I've been burned by this a couple times (super sweet mixes - blech) but normally it turns out well.
