I thinks that farmers markets for in season produce are a great deal, much cheaper than the grocery stores. Try Aldi or price Rite or another discount store, at least for produce and staples. If you are worried about their quality, give them a try with just a few things and see if you like them before going back to get a…

I agree that losing the soda is a major plus and will make you feel better in general. Walking, dancing, and even cleaning (yes, cleaning, and you will get something else accomplished in the meantime) are great ways to exercise without even feeling like you are exercising and getting burnt out when you are starting out.

I forgot to add, try drinking it with or immediately after a meal. Any tea on an empty stomach will make me sick. Hope this helps.

I am generally fit, exercise a few times a week, but I do smoke about 1/2 pack-1 pack a day and lately I have noticed that it has made me more short of breath from less activity. I have been smoking for about 14 years now.

I drank green tea for months when I was trying to lose my post pregnancy weight and I thought that it helped.
