Congratulations! You have done an amazing job! :)

I can wear my class ring (size 5) from almost 30 years ago! I was shocked!

I hit a wall just like you. Do not fear! Look at pictures at yourself before you started this journey and look at yourself now. Remind yourself why you are in this! We are in it for the journey and the long haul. It will take time but it is so worth it. Make time for yourself and exercise, it really is the best mood…

Skinny Cow chocolate and caramel candy! It is amazing. Also the dark chocolate covered almonds. They are dusted in dark chocolate powder and are so good and good for you!!!

My favorite thing to eat for breakfast is this: 8 oz. Simply Orange orange juice (love!) 1 piece of toast with 1 tablespoon Jif peanut butter One a Day Active Metabolism vitamin (love!!!) It is a small breakfast I know, but the combination of oj and the active metabolism vitamin gives me the boost I need in the a.m. I used…

Definitely buying cute clothes! I am finally able to shop in the regular misses size and love it! No more plus sizes for me! But cannot wait to reach my goal and actually be able to love how I look in clothes again!

Congratulations and well done! Thank you for sharing your story, it is great motivation and inspiring!

Wow! Your transformation is probably the best one I've ever seen on MFP! You look terrific!!! Way to go!

If I am going to eat a hamburger and French fries, then I am going to eat REAL food and go to Red Robin (best burgers anywhere) or somewhere similar!!! Make it worth it!!!

Congrats! I want to run/walk a 5K someday. I have lost 50 pounds, but I'm not quite there yet. You are an inspiration! It's great to hear someone who has such confidence in herself...I am working on that. Great job!!!

I cook Tilapia a lot. I sprinkle both sides with lemon pepper and sauté it in a pan coated lightly with olive oil. It comes out perfect 3-4 minutes on each side. I'm not a huge fan of fish, so I buy the fresh salsa from the produce department and top it with the salsa. It's really good.

Love, Love, Love, Jillian Michaels! I'm doing Ripped in 30 now! :)

Your body has gotten used to eating healthy and doesn't want that bad stuff anymore, simple. After being on MFP for some time I have realized how much sodium and fat that is in restaurant food, prepackaged food, etc. When I eat out and have a cheat meal, I also feel like I have a food hangover the next day. The sodium…

LOVE THIS!!!!!

Buy fresh salsa in the tub from your produce department and put on your brown rice! It's virtually calorie free and helps a lot! Love it!

Please do not waste your money. They are only temporary at best and you may lose 1 inch for like a day. They are way overpriced! Treat yourself to a massage instead!

Do not feel alone! I started last September, lost 22 pounds and then stopped at Christmas. It took me 3 months to get back on track. I started again on April 1 and have now lost 41 pounds total. Like you, I don't know what finally clicked in my mind that now is the time. Start slowly...for me it was giving up soft drinks…

I used to feel like you. I did three things to help my energy level. 1. Cut out caffeine and sugar! I gave up drinking soft drinks and what a major difference without all of that sugar! I don't know if you have a problem with this like I did but I was addicted and had to give it up. Not sure how much coffee you are…

You were not eating enough! Your body went into starvation mode and held onto the fat. Keep within the guidelines on MFP and you should lose weight. Your body needs fuel to be healthy!
-
Please don't give up, but don't stress yourself out either. Exercise relieves stress, so it's great to help combat all that you have going on in your life. However, it seems like you are overdoing it. You may want to try the Jillian Michaels dvd's that only take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. I'm doing the 30 day shred…

Thank you so much for sharing your story! You look incredible!!! I too have a long journey ahead of me and reading a story like yours is very helpful and motivating!

I gave up Pepsi one month ago and feel fantastic!!! I was drinking about 4 a day. I have lost 31 pounds through giving them up, drinking lots of water, eating right and exercising regularly. (I started my weight loss journey prior to giving them up) They are so loaded with sugar!!! There have been studies that links…

Tilapia is definitely a good choice. I also buy the bags with the individually frozen filets. Thaw before cooking. I spray a nonstick pan with real olive oil spray, sprinkle each filet on both sides with lemon pepper and sauté until they are a light golden color and flaky. Do not overcook. To me this is the best tasting,…

My suggestion would be to start your day in the hotel gym and get in a quick workout. I always feel more energized knowing I've already worked out for the day. Eat breakfast in your room or at the hotel (cereal, milk, fruit), something to get your day started on the right foot. At the parks, just watch the desserts at the…

You look (and I'm sure...feel) fantastic!!! Thank you for sharing your story with us. I am at the beginning of a long journey ahead of me, but reading stories like yours helps me to envision myself a year from now. All of you looks amazing, but I'm especially impressed with your arms...they rock!!!

Pepsi for sure. One Pepsi puts me over my sugar intake for the day!!!! Scary to think I had previously been drinking 4 or 5 a day. I have cut back to one a day, but need to eliminate it all together!!!!

You look amazing! Way to go!
