    Get ready....

    - Sriracha
    - Flavored Olive Oil
    - Tomato Sauce
    - Garlic
    - Herbs (Cilantro, Basil, Thyme, Tarragon, Mint)
    - Protein demiglace
    - Avocado
    - Mushrooms
    - Peppers
    - Onions (raw or caramelized)
    - Hot Sauce without Added Sugar (Cholula, or Tabasco)
    - Lemon Juice
    - Parmesan Cheese (Lite)
    - Chili Powder
    - Curry

Another great way that is way more than a bullet to type is to cook your protein, and place it over the brown rice, that way when you're eating it, is a way for the juices to make almost a sauce for the rice or to change the depth of flavor of the rice, rather than just plain. I infused brown rice with cilantro, garlic, lemon zest, and olive oil then placed a turkey burger over it with sliced avocado, and it was absolutely amazing -could eat it every day.

    Hope this helps.

A lot of times I do garlic, ginger, soy, and orange roast chicken, and then serve it on top of the rice. Nom nom nom.

I do the same. I was going to suggest sardines in olive oil - but not a lot of people have a taste for them even though they have a lot of health benefits lol

Cilantro lime rice is my favorite.

    Brown Rice
    Corn
    Black Beans
    Salsa
    Lime Juice
    Cilantro
Cheese (if you have the calories to spare)

Otherwise, I don't bother with brown rice. I'm just not a huge fan without a ton of other stuff mixed in.

After the brown rice is cooked I add lipton onion soup mix with 3/4 cup of water mix in and simmer until the water is cooked out. This adds tons of flavor to it

Buy fresh salsa in the tub from your produce department and put on your brown rice! It's virtually calorie free and helps a lot! Love it!
