I don't log exercises, only what my fitbit says so it's not doubling but then again, I don't eat back my exercise calories. I use them for if I didn't measure my food right or if I forgot to log something like a mint or gum.

Moms are like that, I'm not sure why but they are. My mom and I weighed within 6 pounds of each other and I was in an American size 4 and she was in an American size 12. A lot of it has to do with body type, muscle tone and exercise.. You are doing amazing keep up the great work!!

Afternoon after work is usually about mid March before it does down. However, I go at 445 am so we get a handful of newbies who are gone within 2 weeks. I use to complain about it but someone reminded me at one time I was one of those people.

Not being able to see my progress and how far I've come. My mind still hasnt caught up and sees in the mirror a girl that still weighs an extra 120 pounds. Ill say to my husband when I get skinny... He's like you are skinny I just laugh and say your suspose to say that.

My friend had a severe vitamin d deficiency for years and it helped with her weight gain. Once it was diagnosed she was able to lose almost 70 pounds with the help of exercise once she started feeling better. Good luck!!

I am a vegetarian and most often the only non meat option at a restaurant is a veggie burger and although I love veggie burgers, you can only eat so many! Definetly my gym membership at Planet Fitness. Best 10.00 a month I spend! I figured it out that divided by the number of times I go a month (sometimes twice a day) it's only 20 cents per time. You can beat that!

I go to the gym at 430 then go home change, go to work, walk for 30 minutes during lunch and then go back to the gym on my way home from work most days.. no matter what I do the morning routine because I have no excuse for not going but at night I can find excuses not to go.

Diet cherry dr. Pepper. I never drank pop ever before I lost weight and now I drink it several times a week. My husband says its because its the only thing in my diet now with flavor. Lol

I'm 5'7 / around 143 pounds. Sunday I had a size 2 skirt on but my pants are are 4's or 6's depends on the brand. I exercise like a mad woman because I've been this weight before without exercise and never got below a 10.
