hi i done insanity then t25 last year lost 36lbs doing both currently doing t25 again. motivation wise it's only 25 mins a day so you should have no problem fitting in to your day, food just log everything the good and the bad you'll get results if you stick with it and the motivation will come with it

^This sums it up really well, like BoynautSoul I did insanity twice then alpha to gamma on t25 I got great results. I also found most of alpha to easy so after the first week i dropped cardio and speed 1.0 and replaced them with core cardio and speed 2.0 from beta. They are both great programs would do both insanity…

Hi Clare i've done insanity twice, t25 alpha through to gamma and body beast. Did a month of p90x but didn't get on with it i found tony annoying. Currently doing t25 for the second time

I've done them both they are both ace, if i had to pick it would be t25 it's shorter but most of what it misses out is a warm and a stretch actual workout time is about the same as month one of insanity there is a lot less plyo and drills that you get in insanity.
