I would love to know how you've done it! I'm 5'6" and 162...I've been exercising/calorie counting for almost a month now and have yet to lose anything - inches or pounds! I want to get down to between 130 and 135 too. Well done!!

I am the person that does most of the cooking..so the kids and fiance all eat healthily anyway (but we always did)....I still buy snacks for the kids lunch boxes..and they have biscuits for after to school. I sometimes have one of the bars as a quick lunch..altho they don't keep me full for long! I had planned on doing it properly..but I couldn't stomach the shakes - they actually made me gag! :indifferent:

I weigh in on Wednesdays..just because it's an easy day for me to fit it in...altho I did weigh myself (without recording it) at the weekend....and given that I hadn't lost anything at that point...I may not bother tomoro as I'm really struggling to stay motiviated as it is!

I've got an abs one and have used it on an off for months...never seen any results - maybe once I've shifted a bit more of the covering fat I'll notice it...I think they only work if you don't have any fat to shift and just need to tone up the muscles, cos obviously they don't do anything to burn away the fat layer over…
